Talents First Signs Diversity Charter

Talents First reaffirms its commitment to diversity and non-discrimination by signing the "Diversity Charter" during the Tour de France de la Diversité event in Strasbourg. This charter, supported by "Les Entreprises for the Cité," provides a platform for employers to take proactive steps towards promoting diversity and going beyond legal obligations in the fight against discrimination.

The 9th edition of the event, held at the Eurometropole of Strasbourg, featured a round table discussion on territorial commitments in the fight against discrimination, bringing together companies, communities, and associations to share perspectives and insights. The event also highlighted cooperative initiatives for diversity and inclusion, showcasing innovative practices implemented by various organizations.

The collective signing of the charter saw the participation of 31 organizations, including the city of Strasbourg, represented by Floriane Varieras and Benjamin Soulet. The presence of Yann Tanguy, Secretary of Diversity Charter, and Elise MOISON, Deputy Secretary General Diversity Charter, further emphasized the significance of this movement, which has gained traction at the European level with 24 countries adopting their own Diversity Charters.

Talents First's involvement in signing the Diversity Charter aligns with its ongoing efforts to promote equality, diversity, and inclusion in the recruitment industry. By actively participating in initiatives like the Diversity Charter and partnering with organizations committed to these values, Talents First aims to create a more inclusive and equitable employment landscape.
