Talents First at the University of Strasbourg

On April 27, our Director, Francine JeanBlanc, and our project consultant, Renaud Dumontier, had the opportunity to participate in a thought-provoking workshop organized by CH.AIR and HEL4CHIROLED – ITN at the University of Strasbourg. The workshop, titled "Pursuing a Career in the Industry," aimed to provide doctoral students with valuable insights into various industrial perspectives, particularly for those who are considering alternative paths beyond academia.

Talents First actively participated in this event, showcasing our expertise in recruitment and specifically addressing the expectations and needs of companies in the industry that rely on our services to identify top talents. We emphasized the significance of Soft Skills, Power Skills, and the emerging concept of Mad Skills in the recruitment process. Additionally, we highlighted the importance of leveraging professional networks like LinkedIn to enhance a candidate's visibility and opportunities during their job search journey.

This event aligns perfectly with Talents First's commitment to sharing our knowledge and experiences directly with aspiring talents, empowering them to navigate the realities of a rapidly evolving market. We believe in equipping individuals with the necessary insights and skills to thrive in their chosen careers.

At Talents First, we are passionate about supporting talent development and bridging the gap between companies and exceptional individuals. Through our involvement in events like this workshop, we continue to foster meaningful connections, share valuable industry insights, and contribute to the growth and success of both talented individuals and the organizations they join.
